Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

The short version: we only keep what we need to run the site and deliver your models. We never see your passwords or payment details, we never sell anything about you, and you can download or delete your data whenever you like.

Who we are

This site is run by Fotis Mint Studios. Our full details are on the Imprint page. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What we keep, and why

• Your account: your username, email, and anything you choose to add to your profile, like a bio, picture or social links. We need it to run your account.
• Signing in with Patreon: you sign in on Patreon's own page, so your Patreon password and payment details stay with Patreon and never reach us. Patreon only tells us which membership tier you have, so we can unlock the right models for you.
• Things you post: forum posts, Community Showcase photos and competition or giveaway entries are shown publicly, because that's what you posted them for.
• Messages: if you contact us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and look back at it later.
• Downloads: we note which file you downloaded and when. This lets us confirm a delivery if there's ever a payment dispute, and protects your account from being shared. It is never used for marketing.
• Visit counts: we count visits to the site anonymously, without cookies and without knowing who you are.
• Google Analytics: helps us see how people find the site and which pages they like. It counts visits, not who you are.

Cookies

The site uses a few essential cookies to work, for example to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. We don't use advertising cookies. If you'd rather not have cookies, you can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only use trusted services that help run the site, such as our hosting, email and Patreon, and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Your account information stays while you have an account. Download records are kept for two years, then deleted automatically. Visit counts are deleted after six months.

Your choices

You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings. For anything else, email us at [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're ever unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
